Ian Mitchell’s Bay City Rollers.

Hothouse Studios welcomes Bay City Rollers Guitarist Ian Mitchell to our Community of Artist. We were privileged to have Ian and his superb backing band rehearsing in Studio A this past Sunday. The music emanating from the room was superb. Another example that proves musicianship does count. We also had a surprise guest show up with Ian. As it turns out, Ian and Leif Garrett are out on tour together and Leif uses Ian’s backing band for his performance. That was very cool. Check here for their tour dates and locations.

Ian and Leif are also a big part of the Original Idols Tour that is out on tour this summer. The show also features: The Cowsills, Merrill Osmond, Bo Donaldson & The Heywoods, Tony DeFranco, Rex Smith and Danny Bonaduce and the show is MC’d by Barry Williams aka “Greg Brady”.
