Hothouse Happenings
The benefits of using the Hothouse Rehearsal facility are expanding. Studio M is presently being built and the Auditorium is being built to the same specifications (slightly smaller) as the studio the Nine Inch Nails rehearse in. With the addition of studio M, we’ll now have 5 studios to meet your rehearsal needs.

Submit your Music for the Malibu Music Awards.
The Malibu Music Awards is part of the Malibu Arts Festival, which is being held July 26-27, 2008 at the Malibu Civic Center in Malibu, CA. This year, the festival is opening its doors to
Sonicbids songwriters and is now accepting submissions in 11 different categories. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners in each category, and one grand prize winner will receive a performance slot at the festival, airfare to Los Angeles, free stay in a 5-star Hotel (Malibu Beach Inn), plus a recording session with Gold & Platinum producing artist Carl Graves, formerly of Oingo Boingo.

Each submitted song will be reviewed by a panel of judges from the music industry including Jenna Voorhees - Universal Music Publishing, Jenna Leigh – owner of Circle of Songs, Terence Davis – owner of Great Music Studio, DJ Carolyn Fox - KHZ Radio, and Gold & Platinum producing artist Chris Henry. Songs will be judged based on lyrics, melody, and structure. For details visit
