This is kind of inside joke since well Gilbert how many bands are you in? Three and they all rehearse here at the Hothouse. I know you drive a long way Gilbert and with all the bands you’re in quite frequently, so I think it is apropos you are the $50 Gas Card Winner for July 2008. So here is your gas card and again thank you for being a long time member of the Hothouse Rehearsal Studio Community of Artist. How long have been using the facility Gilbert? Since you opened studios about 4 or 5 years now. Yes, since the beginning.

I still remember the day when Jay Baliton called to book rehearsal studio time and I was introduced to the whole clan. Sammy, Art, Alonzo, Larsen, the other Jay, Noel and on and on and what absolute beautiful human beings you have all been and all of us here at the Hothouse feel blessed by your continued use of our rehearsal studios.
